Too often, pupils who require additional support or a more tailored approach to learning, become lost in our education system or are removed from the setting.

We work closely with children, families and schools to design a bespoke programme for each individual to thrive.
What we do...
1. We will hold a free 'get to know you' meeting with the pupil and family. This can be held in the school or in the family home - whichever is best for the child.
2. We will assess the needs of the pupil by using all information available to us (observation, interviews, EHCP, reports etc).
3. Using this information and with the involvement of the family and school, we will create a tailored plan for the child.
4. Each plan will be time-bound with clear targets set. The ultimate aim is re-engagement in education and developing a positive mindset.
5. Plans can include in-school and out of school activities, depending on what is necessary to succeed. Activities are varied and bespoke for each child.
6. Weekly reports will be sent to the school, pupil and family, outlining the activities completed and progress made towards the set targets.
7. After 6 weeks, a review meeting will be held with the school, pupil and family to agree on the best next steps and review the previous targets and progress in full.
